Craig has a comprehensive mix of skills and experience with particular expertise in instructional design, multimedia and learning over 20 years.

He has worked across most industries and the government sector and is highly sought after for his expertise in: wicked problems, collaboration, complexity, systems thinking and collective coherence.

Aneta Darlington

After three years as a journalist Aneta worked as a Manager for one of the biggest airlines in the world, located in the Middle East. She is currently a University Lecturer in Vienna, Austria and is completing her PhD studies. Aneta is a proof-reader for two authors of books related to SPoR and is Director of Studies for SPoR in Europe. She is an outstanding presenter and facilitator for SPoR and is Director of her own company Embodied Leadership.

Dr Nippin Anand

Nippin is a gifted presenter, author and podcaster with many year’s experience as a Master Mariner. Nippin’s expertise in Anthropology is wonderfully suited to the presentation of SPoR. Nippin is Director of his own company Novellus Solutions ( and provides consulting, coaching, mentoring and education services across the UK and Europe. Nippin lives the philosophy of SPoR in how he presents and offers a wealth of wisdom to leaders, managers and organisations interested in learning, embracing differences, culture and risk.

Matthew has extensive experience associated with risks in regional and remote areas and brings this unique knowledge to issues in the Social Psychology of Risk. His knowledge of rural isolation, sole trader and one person operations is a key factor in how he mentors participants from country and regional areas.

In 2023 Matt delivered SPoR programs in Europe and supervises all studies across Australia and NZ.

Frank Garrett

Frank has 25 years experience working in Health and safety across North America in Transport, Logistics, Explosives, Oil and Gas. Frank has flown to Australia many times to be personally tutored and mentored in SPoR by Dr Long. Frank is an outstanding mentor, coach and facilitator of SPoR learning.

Frank understands how the Mind choregraphs decisions, how social interaction influences the way we process information, how the unconscious influences conversations, sifts information, and facilitates decision making. Frank provides a SPoR approach to communication, connection, and learning.
